Welcome to Florence Thatcher who joins as our Project Manager.  Florence is a seasoned leader in medical device development and new product introductions, with a decade of experience spanning engineering, product development, and human centere deesign. 🔥 At bioMérieux, she spent nine years building technologies and leading complex programs focused on point-of-care diagnostics for infectious diseases and automated manufacturing.

Bridging technical expertise with strategic vision, Florence has led cross-functional teams from early concepts through development and into production of high-impact solutions. Most recently, she led consumable development at the Amsterdam-based diagnostics startup Nostics, combining R&D depth with startup agility.

Her Master’s thesis from Massachusetts Institute of Technology 🏛️ explored the complex implementation of remote patient monitoring for fertility care, reflecting her passion for advancing women’s health through innovative technologies. 💪
