Over more than 25 years, Annalisa has been an outstanding leader in the life sciences– building and guiding teams that have successfully taken programmes from early scientific discovery through clinical development, regulatory approval, and into healthcare systems around the world. Her career spans an exceptional portfolio across the public, private, and charitable sectors, including Merck Serono, Bristol Myers Squibb, Genomics England, the Science Board of the FDA, and British Heart Foundation. 💛

Beyond her professional achievements, Annalisa is deeply committed to mentoring leadership teams advancing critical global health initiatives, and she has been a consistent and vocal advocate for leadership with purpose, social entrepreneurship, and diversity and inclusion– particularly for women in science. 🔬
